These Terms govern your use of the Duo Drama app and the website drama.unicampus.ai (together, the “Service”), operated by XIYOUJI LLC, a company in the United States (“we”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
Duo Drama 让你观看中英双语的短剧（动态漫）。本服务免费，没有广告、没有 App 内购买，也没有账号。我们可能随时增加、调整或下架剧集和功能。
Duo Drama lets you watch short drama series in Chinese and English, told as motion comics. It is free, with no ads, no in-app purchases and no accounts. We may add, change or remove series and features at any time.
本服务不需要注册或登录。你的片单、观看进度和设置只保存在你的设备上。未满 13 周岁的儿童只能在父母或监护人的同意和监督下使用本服务；本服务是否适合孩子，由父母或监护人决定。
No sign-up or sign-in is needed. Your list, progress and settings are saved only on your device. Children under 13 may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, who decides whether the Service is right for their child.
你同意不会：复制、下载、录制、截取、传播、出售、出租、公开表演或播放任何内容（通过本服务提供的分享功能分享除外）；用这些内容训练或改进 AI 或机器学习模型；绕过技术限制、抓取本服务或用机器人等自动化方式访问；对 App 进行反向工程、反编译或修改（法律明确允许的除外）；干扰或破坏本服务及其服务器或网络；将本服务用于违法用途或侵犯他人权利。
You agree not to: copy, download, record, capture, redistribute, sell, rent, publicly perform or broadcast any content, except through the share features the Service provides; use the content to train or improve AI or machine-learning models; get around technical limits, scrape the Service or access it with bots or other automated means; reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, except where the law expressly allows it; interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers or networks; or use the Service unlawfully or in a way that infringes others’ rights.
如果你在某一集里看到不该出现的内容，请把剧名和第几集发到 support@unicampus.ai，我们会核查并处理。
If you see something in an episode that shouldn’t be there, email the series name and episode number to support@unicampus.ai and we will review it and act on it.
本服务及其剧集、角色、美术、音乐与音频、软件，以及 Duo Drama 名称和标志，归 XIYOUJI LLC 或其许可方所有。在你遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予你个人的、有限的、非独占的、不可转让且可撤销的许可，在本服务内在线观看内容，仅供个人非商业娱乐；你可以用 App 自带的分享功能把单集链接和分享卡发给朋友。每部剧由我们的工作室借助 AI 工具完成剧本、画面、动画和配音，每集上线前都经过台词与画面的自动筛查，并在 App 内标明由 AI 制作；所有人物与情节均为虚构。
The Service, its series, characters, artwork, music and audio, software, and the Duo Drama name and logo belong to XIYOUJI LLC or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to stream and watch the content in the Service for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment; you may use the share features to send episode links and share cards to friends. Each series is made by our studio with AI tools for script, artwork, animation and voices; every episode passes automated script and image checks before release and is labeled “AI-made” in the app. All characters and events are fictional.

你可以随时删除 App 来停止使用 Duo Drama，或在「我的 → 清除数据」清除设备上的数据。如果你违反本协议，或我们停止提供本服务，我们可以中止或终止你对本服务的使用。
You can stop using Duo Drama at any time by deleting the app, or erase on-device data via Me → Clear Data. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the Service.
如果你从 Apple App Store 下载 Duo Drama，你还同意 Apple 的标准《许可应用程序最终用户许可协议》。本协议是你与 XIYOUJI LLC 之间的协议，而不是与 Apple 之间的协议；Apple 不对 Duo Drama 及其内容负责，也没有义务为它提供维护或支持。
If you downloaded Duo Drama from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms are between you and XIYOUJI LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Duo Drama or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
本服务按“现状”和“现有”提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不作任何明示或默示的保证，不保证本服务不中断、没有错误，也不保证任何剧集会一直可以观看；对于因使用或无法使用本服务引起的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，以及利润、数据或商誉的损失，XIYOUJI LLC 及其关联方、管理人员、员工和供应商均不承担责任。本协议不排除或限制依适用法律不能排除或限制的责任。
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement; we don’t promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any series will remain available; and XIYOUJI LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date; if you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and of the state in which XIYOUJI LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live outside the United States, you keep any protections that the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country give you.
