我们会在工作日内尽快回复你的问题。邮件里写上剧名、第几集；如果是 bug，再写上 iPhone 型号和 iOS 版本。在 App 里通过「我的 → 反馈 → 写邮件」发信，会自动带上 App 版本号。
We respond as soon as possible on business days. It helps to include the series name and episode number and, for a bug, your iPhone model and iOS version. In the app, Me → Feedback → Write an Email adds the app version for you.
如果你在某一集里看到不该出现的内容，请发邮件告诉我们剧名和第几集，我们会核查并处理。
If you see something in an episode that shouldn’t be there, email us the series name and episode number and we will review it and act on it.
Duo Drama 不需要账号。你的片单、进度和设置只保存在你的设备上，我们收不到，所以也没法转到另一台设备。清除数据：App 内「我的 → 清除数据」（语言设置保留），删除 App 会清除全部数据；网站上可用「我的」页面里的清除选项，或在浏览器里清除本站数据。
Duo Drama needs no account. Your list, progress and settings are stored only on your device; we don’t receive them, so they can’t be moved to another device. To clear data, go to Me → Clear Data in the app (your language setting is kept); deleting the app erases everything. On the website, use the clear option on the Me page or clear the site’s data in your browser.

Duo Drama 是什么？ / What is Duo Drama?
中英双语的短剧，以动态漫的形式呈现：立绘场景和角色加上镜头运动、配音和字幕，每集一分钟左右。
Short drama series in Chinese and English, told as motion comics: illustrated scenes and characters with camera movement, voices and subtitles. Episodes run about a minute.
需要账号或付费吗？ / Do I need an account? Does it cost anything?
不需要。没有注册，没有购买，也没有广告。
No. There is no sign-up, no purchase and no ads.
怎么切换中文和英文？ / How do I switch between Chinese and English?
在 App 里进入「我的 → 语言」。整个 App 立即切换，包括字幕和配音，重启后仍然有效。
In the app, go to Me → Language. The whole app switches right away, including subtitles and voices, and stays that way after you relaunch it.
这些剧是怎么做的？ / How are the series made?
每部剧由我们的工作室借助 AI 工具完成剧本、画面、动画和配音；每集上线前都经过台词与画面的自动筛查，并在 App 内标明由 AI 制作。所有人物与情节均为虚构。
Each series is made by our studio with AI tools for script, artwork, animation and voices. Every episode passes automated script and image checks before release and is labeled “AI-made” in the app. All characters and events are fictional.
