English: Duo Drama does not collect your personal information. There is no sign-up or sign-in, and the app never asks for your name, email address or phone number. It contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting services and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). Only the following involves limited information: on-device data — your list, watch progress and history, and settings (such as language and autoplay) are stored on your device so the app can remember where you left off, and the app never sends them to us or anyone else; content requests — to show the series and play episodes, your device downloads the catalog and episode files (such as images, audio and subtitles) through Cloudflare, Inc., our hosting and content-delivery provider, which, as with any internet request, reveals your IP address and basic request details such as which file was requested and your device or browser type; emails you send us — your email address and message (if you write from Me → Feedback, the subject line includes the app version to help us with bugs); Photos — only if you choose to save a share card, iOS asks for permission to add the image; the app can only add images and cannot see or read your photos.

Request information is used only to deliver content and keep the service secure. Cloudflare processes it on our behalf under its data processing terms and provides the same or equal protection for it as this policy describes. We don't use it to identify you or to build a profile of you. Your emails are used only to reply to you.

We do not sell or rent your personal information or share it for advertising. We do not show ads and do not track you across apps or websites (no IDFA/advertising identifier collected). The app has no accounts and no purchases, does not access your contacts, camera, microphone or location, and does not send push notifications. Separately, if you have chosen in your iPhone settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may share crash reports and aggregate statistics about the app with us; you can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

You can erase on-device data anytime in the app via Me → Clear Data, which erases your list, watch progress, history and settings (your language setting is kept); deleting the app erases everything it stored. On the website, use the clear option on the Me page or clear the site's data in your browser. You may access, correct and delete personal information we hold, such as an email you sent us, or withdraw consent (for example, by turning off Photos access in iPhone Settings); email privacy@unicampus.ai. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

All requests use encrypted connections (HTTPS). We do not keep our own records of your content requests. We delete your email within 12 months after your request is resolved, or sooner if you ask.

Cloudflare operates servers in many countries, so request information may be processed outside the country where you live, including in the United States. Emails you send us are received and stored by our email service in the United States.
Duo Drama 面向一般大众。13 周岁以下的儿童应当在父母或监护人的同意和监督下使用。我们不会在知情的情况下收集 13 周岁以下儿童的个人信息，App 的功能也不收集个人信息。如果你认为有 13 周岁以下的儿童给我们发过邮件，父母或监护人可以联系 privacy@unicampus.ai，我们会删除该邮件。
Duo Drama is meant for a general audience. Children under 13 should use it only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the app does not collect personal information through its features. If you believe a child under 13 has emailed us, a parent or guardian can contact privacy@unicampus.ai and we will delete the message.
